The project located to the suburbs of Limassol, in Ipsonas, consists of 45 houses with similar design characteristics.

 The project was designed in 16000 square meters, green area and private parking. The public road divides the plot into three parts with the green area forming four.
The project was design following the terrain topography, the slope gives the advantage to each house to have a view to the sea. 

 The modern design externally gives the building a special style that also reflects inside. With the layout of the spaces and the functionality clearly visible on each floor.

 The green area is located on the east side of the plot which also adapted to the topography. The aim was unify a four activity zones, the park, the amphitheater, the fitness area, and the public parking into a dynamic design that complete the project.
