The project is located in the area of  Agios Athanasios.  Consists of two residential complexes with a total of 14 apartments, seven in each building.  The building adapts to the morphology of the plot, but also to the requirements of the neighborhood. Designed accordance with the principles of bioclimatic design, in order to provide optimal living conditions for its users. The building program is developed in 4 levels, on each floor there are 2 apartments except the penthouse which is a floor apartment with a swimming pool. The apartments are spacious and able to meet the needs of a medium or large family. In the context of their interior layout, special emphasis was placed on visual escapes. In the common areas (living room, kitchen, dining room), the openings were arranged in such a way that the interior is integrated with the exterior and allows simultaneous views on both sides of the plot. The space functions as a through frame of the hill and the sea, while at the same time its natural lighting and ventilation are achieved. The areas of the bedrooms are oriented towards the south-west and south-east part of the building, while the common areas are placed south in this way all the areas have a view to the sea.
