The project was design for a corner commercial plot on the coastaline of Limassol. Consists of a three-storey house with a ground floor shop. 
  The proposal made to the client was to maintain the main frame of the building, to strengthen it,maintaining the square meters, wich its not valid if we demolish it, because the  regulations demanding more square meters on the front of the coastal plots.

 On the ground floor, the proposed use to meet client needs was chosen for office use. It consists of a main office space that can accommodate four offices, and a loft that will accommodate the rest rooms as well as storage spaces.

 On the other three floors, it was designed that on each floor it should be one floor-apartment of one or two bedrooms, so it meets all the requirements, even if a office space is requested on the floors. On all three floors, all the rooms are designed to have a seamless view of the sea, taking advantage of the orientation, as well as the light that diffuses in each space.
 
  The materials were specially selected to emphasize and highlight the special design. Simple textures and materials that reflect the unique landscape.
